I Need Your Help

My goal, my purpose for being here is to make a difference for nature and wildlife. I try to do that in several ways. One of those ways is hopefully what brought you to this site, learning how to capture the beauty of nature for yourself.

You see, I’m a firm believer that if we can show people that beauty, then people will more likely be willing to save it. So I share what I’ve learned over three decades of capturing nature on film to help you share that beauty.

In order to do that the best way possible, I need to hear from you! I’ve created a short survey and I would be very grateful if you took a minute to fill it out to help me adjust course to be the most helpful in your photographic journey.

I’ve seen the loss of wildlife habitat in my own neighborhood and I’ve found it harder and harder to find wildlife that a couple of decades ago were plentiful. So I would love to not only show you nature through my eyes but to help you show it to others through yours.

Let me know what you love to photograph and most importantly, why.  Why do you get up before everyone else to capture the sunrise or why do you wait in the cold in hopes you cross paths with the whitetail deer you saw last week at the nature center?

Are you interested in the big picture or do you want to get in close and show people a world that is too tiny for most to observe?

My wish is to take the passion you have when you have a camera in your hand and make it an extension of your heart. I truly believe that when you see with your heart, magical things happen.
